Spray Tan Booth

The spray tan booth is probably the best invention for sunless artificial tanning that allows one to develop a great skin color without having to get exposed to the damaging effect of the ultraviolet sun rays. The spray tan booth is an automatic machine that very much resembles to an enclosed shower cabin; you get inside and a tanning agent is misted on your body from head to toe. Good cosmetic parlors have a spray tanning booth, and although it's a public location, such a salon can provide all the privacy you need. There is no problem in getting naked inside the spray tan booth, which many people do in fact.

The use of the spray tan booth as a favorite device instead of the airbrusher, is justified by the quality of the results. This spray tanning option is indeed fast and efficient, but the quality of the tan is influenced by other factors too. Thus, the skin condition and the quality of the tanning solution used always have a direct impact on the results. Salons are in fact bound by contract to use the tanning solutions recommended by the spray tan booth manufacturer.

The costs are higher for a spray tan booth than for an airbrush and this is also reflected in the price of the service. The cost is also justified by the larger consume of tanning solution, because more tanning agents are used in order to insure a perfect coverage. Normally, the entire tanning process in the spray tan booth lasts less than a minute. Once you are out, just dry your skin with a soft towel, clean your fingernails, toenails and palms with some wet wipes and you are ready to go.

You should not shower for about five hours after using the spray tan booth so that it may have time to act on the skin. If you hate the staining that accompanies the use of bronzers, go to a salon that uses only clear tanning solutions. Blotching normally accompanies the use of bronzers or colored tanning lotions. Another advantage of a spray tan booth over an airbrusher is the quality of the tan. Chances are lower for the skin to turn orange or for streaks and stains to appear.
